We are specialized in the production of shoe lasts.
Shoe last development is our key competence. We create a wooden model according to the ideas of our customers. Also, we offer the production of plastic series lasts - which is carried out exclusively in Germany. This allows our customers to be close to the last and its development throughout the entire process. We offer lasts from size 18 to size 48 in various designs: for women's, men's or children's shoes. Our children's lasts are WMS certified. We also offer lasts for the medical sector with an in-house expertise for orthopedics. Winkle offers its lasts in various designs, including rigid lasts, folding lasts and buckling lasts.

From a craft to an industrial company. The oldest last production in Germany: It all starts with an idea. For Winkle, it was the production of lasts in the shoe town of Pirmasens. We have made history and our customers have benefited from the long experience in the traditional last craft since 1854 until today. As a partner for the shoe industry, traditional shoe crafts and shoe orthopedics, we produce shoe lasts that fit perfectly. As a WMS licensee, we are specialized in children's shoe lasts.
our range
To enter the shoe production with the last, we offer the necessary services: Grading according to market-specific requirements. This means that the specifications for different shoe sizes and widths are created. We grade in all common size systems, such as English, French, Mondopoint or WMS for children. In addition, we offer physical insole templates in English and French. Finally, we offer the last data as a 3D-capable data set.

A shoe is made in around 140 steps. Anyone who puts their design ideas into practice learns how complex the path from the vision to the finished product is. Our team knows all of these steps and provides the basis for a perfect shoe with a perfect last. We support our customers in implementing their ideas - whether individual or industrial production.
